1. Return & Exchange Policy

a. Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
b. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
c. A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
d. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refund Policy

a. We do not offer cash refunds for returned items unless required under applicable consumer regulations.
b. Approved returns will be processed as:

  • Store credit, or
  • Product exchange of equal value.

c. If a replacement product is unavailable, store credit will be issued for future purchases.

3. Delivery Policy

a. Deliveries within Colombo and suburbs are typically completed within 1–3 working days.
b. Deliveries to locations outside Colombo are completed within 3–5 working days, depending on the destination.
c. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Self-Pickup Option

a. Customers selecting self-pickup may collect orders from the designated collection point once notified.
b. Orders placed under Cash on Delivery (COD) for self-pickup must be collected within 4 days; otherwise, the order may be cancelled.

5. Product Availability

a. We strive to ensure that all product listings reflect accurate stock availability.
b. In rare situations where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will:

  • Inform the customer promptly, and
  • Offer an alternative product, store credit, or cancellation option.

6. Product Warranty

a. Selected products are covered by warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
b. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

a. We respect your privacy and take appropriate measures to safeguard your personal information.
b. Customer data is used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement, in line with our Privacy Policy..
